Large Cash Transactions

A large cash transaction is the receipt by a reporting entity from a client of $10,000 or more in cash in a single transaction.

Two or more cash transactions that are equal to or exceed $10,000 within a rolling 24 hour period are considered a single transaction for reporting purposes if the reporting entity knows the transactions were made by the same client.
